This fare is fully refundable and fully changeable without a fee. Payment within 7 days of booking.

These fares are non refundable. Changes are permitted prior to day of travel, subject to the fare being available and a change fee applies in all cases, purchase same day as booking.

Amendment fees where applicable are $77.00 (GST Inclusive) Per Person, Per Ticket.
Changes can only be made prior to the day of departure on the Red E & Red Deals and Super Savers Fares and are subject to booking class availability. The fare will be forfeited if cancelled on the day of departure or if you no-show (miss the flight and do not notify the airline). The Flexi Fares can be changed on the day of travel, subject to fare availability.

Children’s fares

Children pay 80% of the above fares (except Red & Red E Deal’s), a child is designated by the airline as being from 2 years to 11 years, ie once 12yrs, FULL adult fares are applicable, contact us for more details if required.

Seniors Fares

National Senior Card Holders are entitled to a special fare. It is only available as a return and you must stay a minimum of 3 nights away. Price on application.

Fares ex Sydney

Are the same as above plus an additional Safety and Security Tax of $2.85.

A surcharge of $6.60 applies to all tickets purchased by credit card.
